So you’re ready to share your event with the world—but maybe you’re staring at the form like, “Uh... what now?” Don’t worry. We got you.
This guide will walk you through each section of the event creation form on Traxsyd.com, so you feel confident and calm every step of the way.
🏁 Step 1: Log in
First things first, head to traxsyd.com and click Login in the top-right corner. Pop in your email and password. Boom, you’re in.
🧭 Step 2: Go to “Create Event”
Once you’re in the dashboard, look for the Create Event button. It’s kind of like the launch button on a rocket—except fewer explosions and more excitement.
✍️ Step 3: Event Details
Here’s where the magic begins.
• Event Name
This is what your fans will see first. Think catchy, fun, and informative. “Summer Showdown” or “Torque Fest” (but your own thing).
• Start Date
Choose the day your event begins. Just click the calendar and pick the date.
• End Date (Optional)
If your event spans multiple days, enter the final date. Otherwise, skip it!
• Description
Give people a reason to show up! A sentence or two about what they’ll experience goes a long way. Keep it real, keep it exciting.
📍 Step 4: Location
Where’s this thing happening?
• Location Name
This could be a venue, fairgrounds, racetrack, or even “Downtown Main Street.” You do you.
• Address, City, State, Zip
This part helps fans (and their GPS) find your event without winding up at a gas station asking for directions.
📞 Step 5: Contact Details
• Website
Have an event page or Facebook link? Drop it here.
• Phone & Email
These are optional, but useful for people who might have questions. (Like “Where can I park my lifted diesel with 42-inch tires?”)
🏆 Step 6: Add Competitions
You can skip this if it’s just a meet-up, but if your event includes challenges or races, this is your spot to shine.
• Competition Type
Choose from available options like Drag Race, Dyno Contest, Show-N-Shine, etc.
• Competition Name
Something like “Big Tire Shootout” or “Ladies Diesel Power.”
• Classes
Use this to break down vehicle categories or rules. For example: “Street”, “Unlimited”, or “Under 800 HP”.
You can add multiple competitions if you’ve got a lot going on!
🖼️ Step 7: Upload an Image (Optional)
Got a killer flyer or sponsor banner? Add it! Not required, but visuals are always a plus.
✅ Step 8: Submit the Event
Double-check your info. Got everything? Great. Now click Create Event.
After that, your event will be reviewed by the Traxsyd team. We’re friendly, fast, and love cool events. Once approved, it’ll be live!
